Known Accomplices: Tiffany Von Kluer, Connor Silex, and Cherry Brewberry

Background: Very little is known about Oslo. He was background muscle for the Blood Moon Syndicate until Silex broke him free from a holding prison in Colombia. Oslo faked his death with the help of Silex, and worked off the radar with Von Kluer, Silex, and Brewberry as guns for hire. It is believed Operative Oppenhiem infiltrated their ranks and killed most of their gang.

Current Status: Dead. Currier delivered his head to the Prime Minister of Canada on a silver platter. Operative Oppenhiem claimed full responsibility for his death.
