DEUS 2.0

So much manpower had been logged in.  Eons.  Millions of brains pushed together throughout the years, unwillingly.  It wasn’t exactly a new concept or anything, but it was on everyone’s minds.  Maybe that’s why when the final answer came out of the databanks, it wasn’t that big of a surprise.

            God is a machine.  And as far as we can tell, a big one.

This is all they’ve seemed to come up with after thousands of years.  Records traced back to DaVinci’s time show that he was the first technotheologian.  He’d dipped his far-reaching index finger into the future without knowing it.  Thousands upon thousands took up where he left off.

            And after all that, God is one big machine.  We just don’t know where the Hell he’s being kept.
