Paul was a normal man

Paul was a normal man, but he did some things that are a little out of the ordinary. He went around in his daily life treating others, as he wanted to be treated. If someone needed a dollar, and Paul had one, he gave it. If he over heard someone ask a question no one knew the answer to, he would answer. If an old lady needed help crossing the street, or fixing a flat tire, he would lend a hand.
It was really sad to know that when Paul needed help no one was there for him. His car was always broken. His kids needed new clothes. He went to bed some nights hungry. He lost his job. No one helped with any of these things.
